Steele Park Home, operated by Sound Care Group, is one of six thoughtfully managed aged care facilities, located at 138 Firth Street in Hamilton East. The home embraces a holistic model of care, supporting residents’ mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing within an environment that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.

At Pangram, we believe that those who have shaped our communities deserve to spend their later years in spaces that reflect respect, quality, and thoughtful design. With our extensive experience delivering aged care fit-outs, we were proud to support Steele Park Home in elevating its environment to better serve residents and staff alike.

Pangram contributed end-to-end services including planning assistance, project management, and coordination with key stakeholders such as landlords and care operators. Our goal was not only to enhance functionality and aesthetics, but to add long-term value to the property through smart, future-focused design and execution.
By understanding the specific requirements of aged care facilities, we created a space that balances compliance with comfort. Ensuring that residents feel at home while staff can deliver care efficiently and effectively.
