The all important “first step”. Our initial consultation is all about you: it’s an opportunity for discovery, where we listen to your ideas, wants, and needs, and get a better feel for your business. We will present you with some options based on our expertise and knowledge, and from there, start to formulate an action plan that brings your visions and goals to life.
Our goal is to provide a precise and comprehensive cost estimate for your project that factors in budgets, materials, and labor requirements. We will work to accurately forecast project expenses and resource needs.
In collaboration with our sister company, Lamb Creative, the design stage is where we nail down the aesthetic and functionality of the project. We design spaces that support work and customer experiences, and achieve the goals that you set during the consultation. Once the design is confirmed and any changes to the estimate are approved, we can start scheduling the work.
One of our strongest suits is project management. Ensuring that a project stays on track and meeting deadlines is the best way to keep costs within reason and timeframes tight. We take great care to find the right suppliers and tightly manage the process from the very beginning of the project. Communication is always a priority for us, and we want you to feel a sense of ownership as the project moves forward. Offering regular site visits and keeping communication channels open allows you to stay informed.

We control costs by maintaining tight deadlines, effective scheduling with suppliers, and keeping close watch of the finer details.
