Our Office & Consultant Space design fees are structured according to the size and complexity of the project. The pricing benchmark of NZD $9,000–$12,000 + GST is based on a workspace of approximately 100 sqm. To provide a fair and scalable approach, projects are generally categorised into three size brackets:

• 50–99 sqm – Small office and consultancy spaces
• 100–299 sqm – Standard commercial office fit-outs
• 300+ sqm – Large-scale workplaces and multi-functional environments

Final pricing may vary depending on the project scope, level of documentation required, number of revisions, specialist coordination, and any additional services beyond the standard design package.

No. Furniture is excluded from the published design and per-square-metre pricing. Furniture and products can be specified and sourced separately.
Can I book a consultation without committing to a full project?
Yes. Consultation is available as a standalone service from $179 + GST per hour.
How do you determine my final project price?
We consider the project's size, scope, complexity, existing conditions, materials, documentation, specialist coordination, timeline, location and other project-specific requirements.
Do you work on residential and commercial projects?
Yes. Our services cover residential, commercial, hospitality, workplace, wellbeing and FF&E projects.
What is the Project Discovery Questionnaire?
It helps us understand your project, budget, timeline, location, objectives and required services so we can assess the scope and prepare a more accurate proposal.
Do you provide design and build services?
Yes. Depending on the project, our services can include design, project management, construction coordination and turnkey delivery.
Can I engage Pangram for only part of my project?
Yes. You can engage us for individual services such as consultation, concept design, interior design, FF&E or project delivery, depending on your requirements.
