No. Furniture is excluded from the published design and per-square-metre pricing. Furniture and products can be specified and sourced separately.

Yes. Consultation is available as a standalone service from $179 + GST per hour.

We consider the project's size, scope, complexity, existing conditions, materials, documentation, specialist coordination, timeline, location and other project-specific requirements.
Do you work on residential and commercial projects?
Yes. Our services cover residential, commercial, hospitality, workplace, wellbeing and FF&E projects.
What is the Project Discovery Questionnaire?
It helps us understand your project, budget, timeline, location, objectives and required services so we can assess the scope and prepare a more accurate proposal.
Do you provide design and build services?
Yes. Depending on the project, our services can include design, project management, construction coordination and turnkey delivery.
Can I engage Pangram for only part of my project?
Yes. You can engage us for individual services such as consultation, concept design, interior design, FF&E or project delivery, depending on your requirements.
